• "As-Is" Provision: This software is provided "as-is" and "as available"[cite: 1]. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, uptime, or accuracy of the data fetched via the AT Protocol.

3. User Responsibility & Content

• User Conduct: You are solely responsible for the content you post, relay, or access through this application.
• Network Interaction: Please be aware that because the AT Protocol is decentralized, deleting content on HAMIGUA PLAY may not delete it from other PDS (Personal Data Servers) or relays across the network.
• Prohibitions: Unauthorized commercial redistribution of this software or its source code is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All logos, trademarks, and brand names (including "BlueSky" and "AT Protocol") are the property of their respective owners.
• The source code, user interface design, and brand identity elements of HAMIGUA PLAY are the exclusive property of its developers. While these assets are made available for personal use, or study, any form of commercial exploitation - including the sale of the software, the integration of its design into paid services, or its use for revenue-generating activities - is strictly prohibited without a separate, written agreement. The HAMIGUA PLAY name and trademarked assets remain protected to ensure brand integrity; therefore, any redistribution of modified versions for commercial purposes requires explicit authorization and a formal grant of usage rights from the original developers.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of HAMIGUA PLAY or partners be liable for any damages (including data loss or service interruptions) arising out of the use or inability to use this tool, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.
